Abstract submission

Mini symposia or thematic sessions:

  • Deadline: 15 October 2026

Mini symposia should ideally consist of 3 or 6 presentations by different presenting authors centred on a common theme related to smart agriculture of forestry.

Proposals should be sent to l.rossini@reading.ac.uk or silvia.turco@unitus.it and should include:

  • A general description of the proposed session (maximum 1000 words)
  • The title, authors, and abstract of each contribution. 

Oral and Poster presentations:

  • Deadline: 1 December 2026

Each submission ideally consists of an abstract (max 400 words) of the contribution and must be headed with the title, the names and affiliations of the authors, and the complete mailing address (including electronic mail address) of the presenting author.

  • Please use the MS Word template to write your abstract and submit the PDF version using the form below. 
  • The acceptance will be notified within 2 weeks from the deadline.
